A licensed real estate brokerage enters your property into the local MLS for a fixed listing fee rather than providing a traditional full-service listing package priced as a percentage-based listing-side commission.
Short answer, YES it will appear on sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia and many other major and minor real estate portals. MLS listings are distributed through participating data feeds and may appear on major consumer real estate portals. Final display, timing and content are controlled by each portal, so placement on a particular website should not be guaranteed.
The seller handles or coordinates showings. An optional automated MLS showing and feedback system is included in the Premium Listing package or you can purchase it ala carte (see under Optional Services under Pricing).
Routine price and status changes are currently included without an additional charge, subject to the listing agreement and MLS rules.
Broker compensation is negotiable and is not set by law. Offers of buyer-broker compensation are not displayed in MLS fields. Whether a seller contributes to a buyer broker's compensation depends on the transaction and the parties' agreements.
Separate negotiation / transaction / closing assistance may be available for a 1% fee, payable by the seller at closing, subject to the exact services agreed upon.
Yes. The current service allows seller-provided photos and seller-provided lockboxes, with optional photography and an electronic MLS lockbox available for additional fees.
